Fundraising coach Tom Wilson delivered two hours worth of tips Thursday on how to secure major gifts, mostly using effective listening techniques.
Tom’s presentation was the conclusion of a two-part major gifts program given to Mid-Valley Development Professionals. He gave the first part of his work at the December 2011 meeting.
Tom also brought along copies of his $40 book, Winning Gifts: Make Your Donors Feel Like Winners. Each person attending the program received a copy of the book.
